Our
Mission
To
collaborate with federal, state and community agencies, and
additional stakeholders to reduce the recidivism rate of the
6,000+ ex-offenders that will be beginning the process of transitioning
from 9 Ohio prisons back into the Northeast Ohio Region.

To bring about more effective and efficient delivery of
programs and services to newly released ex-offenders

To eliminate any unnecessary duplication of effort in the
available resources of the Northeast Ohio Region

bring together stakeholder and community opinion leaders
to achieve the result of a more cohesive and comprehensive
intervention for people newly released from prison
- To
foster the idea of inter- organizational and inter-agency
collaboration and coordination of responsibilities
- To
afford more access to programs for ex-offenders in need
of a more viable variety of resources and services.
