The Northeast Ohio Reentry Coalition will employ V-Mail (Helloworld Videostreaming technology) to communicate with Community Partners, Volunteer Training and basic Mentor-to-Client interaction. Helloworld is a fee-based service, offered as an alternative method of contact for a more efficient and visual mode of communication.
